NRA PPP Roads Programme - Bye-Laws for the N8 Rathcormac/ Fermoy Bypass

The National Roads Authority (NRA), in exercise of the powers conferred under section 61 of the Roads Act, 1993, as amended by section 274 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000, considered the published Draft Bye-Laws for the N8 Rathcormac/Fermoy Bypass and decided to make the Bye-Laws which shall come into effect on the 1st September, 2006.
The Bye-Laws may be inspected at the offices of the National Roads Authority, St. Martin’s House, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4 between the hours of 9.15am and 5.00pm on working days or by clicking here for a copy in PDF.
