Draft Toll Bye-Laws for the Dublin Port Tunnel

The National Roads Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 61 of the Roads Act, 1993, as amended by section 274 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000, proposes to make bye-laws in respect of the use of the Dublin Port Tunnel.
The purpose of the bye-laws is to give effect to the Toll Scheme for the Dublin Port Tunnel as adopted by the Board of the Authority in 2006 and to set out tunnel operational arrangements.
A copy of the draft bye-laws may be inspected between the hours of 9.15am and 5.00pm on working days from Monday 15th May to Friday 16th June 2006 at the following location:

Any objections or representations in relation to the draft bye-laws may be made in writing, only, to the National Roads Authority, St. Martin’s House, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4 so as to be received not later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 3rd July 2006.
