NRA PPP Roads Programme - Limerick Tunnel PPP Scheme - Preferred Tenderer Announced

The National Roads Authority, following the submission of the appropriate documents at the end of the Provisional Preferred Tenderer period, has now appointed the DirectRoute Consortium, comprising the companies Lagan, Roadbridge, John Sisk and Strabag, as the Preferred Tenderer on the basis of their most economically advantageous offer.
The Authority will now proceed with DirectRoute as Preferred Bidder. The Contract award is planned for Summer 2006.
