| Description: | This scheme will involve the construction of up to 21.5 km of new carriageway from Coolcour at the eastern side of Macroom, to Ovens at the western end of the Ballincollig bypass. The Preferred Route has been selected. Progression of this scheme through the planning phases has been suspended.
