N56 Mountcharles to Inver

| Description: | The scheme which comprises an upgrade of the existing N56 from the N56 Mountcharles Bypass to Inver Bridge will be approximately 5km in length and will be an online improvement with some isolated off line sections. The scheme was approved by An Bord Pleanála in April 2008. Notice to Treat has been served and design works are underway. Approval to progress to the next stage will be dependant on future funding.
This project has been funded by the Irish Government under the National Development Plan and the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport. |
