N17 Tuam to Claremorris

| Description: | The proposed route ties into the N17/N18 Gort to Tuam PPP scheme at Tuam and sweeps around the north-west side of the town following the proposed Tuam Bypass alignment until it crosses the R332 (Ballygaddy Road). The proposed route then veers to the north bypassing Milltown and Ballindine and follows the line of the existing N17 national primary corridor for the remaining 2.5 km before joining up with the southern end of the Claremorris Bypass. The Design Report, EIS and CPO documentation have been completed and progression of the scheme has currently been suspended.
