| Description: | This scheme consists of a realignment of the N16 within Leitrim County from the Sligo county boundary to the Cavan county boundary including the proposed Manorhamilton Bypass. The Constraints Study for the entire length of the N16 within County Leitrim was completed in 2002. The Donegal National Roads Regional Design Office was appointed to progress this scheme through the Route Selection process. Progression of this scheme through the planning phases has been suspended
