N4 McNeads Bridge to Kinnegad

| Description: | This scheme is 4.5 km motorway cross-section. The western end connects with The Downs dual carriageway section of the N4 and the eastern end ties into the M4 Kilcock/Kinnegad project. The scheme involved the construction of four bridges, one of which is over the Royal Canal at McNead's Bridge. Construction by P T McWilliams commenced in December 2003. The scheme was opened to traffic on 7th July, 2005.
